Coline Billen

Carrefour 2 Transits unfolds at a crossroads — two people, both in transit.

She is Belgian, of Jewish and Romani origin, raised between Europe and the United States.

He left the Congo after the war, continuing his artistic journey through Senegal and Burkina Faso.

Their paths are radically different, yet deeply connected. Two children shaped by war. Two lives carrying the memory of displaced peoples. Two journeys marked by migration, dreams, and hope. Today, they stand as adults, using dance to question the madness of the world that surrounds them.

At this intersection of histories and identities, Carrefour 2 Transits becomes a meeting point between past and future, roots and movement, personal stories and collective memory — a powerful dialogue embodied through dance.
