This class brings together all the benefits of dance for the body. Drawing from a range of movement disciplines, it focuses on strengthening, flexibility, relaxation and endurance, while supporting overall well-being.

Through guided movement, participants develop body awareness and reconnect with their physical sensations. The practice invites the creation of new connections — first with oneself, then with others — while grounding the body in space, time and presence.
